Open Form is a yoga-centered well-being studio with possibility—a thoughtful container for movement, mindfulness, connection, and growth.

  • MOVEMENT
    Rather than defining classes by specific styles, we simply prioritize what feels good. We’re inspired by many forms of movement and various practices…we flow, go slow, and everything in-between.

    MINDFULNESS
    So much of the really good work happens when you slow down and dig in. To help facilitate, we offer meditation, breathwork, journaling, and other guided experiences.

    CONNECTION
    Human connection is a meaningful, magical thing. We’re here for gatherings — book clubs, conversations, and community events — that encourage communication and growth.

    GROWTH
    As we see it, there are always opportunities to learn and experience something new. Explore a wide array of feel-good workshops, classes, talks, and ideas, designed to kindle curiosity and broaden your horizons.

  • We believe that because every day is different, a one-size-fits-all approach to well-being doesn’t work. So we’re here for Kendrick Lamar and pools of sweat on a Monday morning, but we’re also ready for deep stretching and a good cry on Tuesday night. Come as you are, and leave as you’d like—maybe lighter, stronger, calmer, happier, humbler, or just as you showed up.

    The Open Form space exists for connection: to yourself, to the ground, to others, to your body, mood, and mind. We’re here for yoga and mental health, mobility and discussion, for good people and deep breaths. We’re here for laying down or pushing hard or sitting still. We’re here for all of it.

    This is a space for practice, not perfect.

  • Our philosophy is rooted in curiosity—for us, wellness is so much more than exercise and meditation and so much bigger than discipline and self-improvement—it is entirely inclusive and always evolving. Wellness includes anything that gets you into a space of joy, vulnerability, curiosity, play, empathy, or confidence. 

    In the Open Form space, we’re guided by a few tenets that we believe encapsulate the wellbeing possibilities and experience:
