Art Therapy: Clay • Molding Your Inner Space

A meditation, creative art therapy directive, and discussion on molding our inner spaces using clay and contemplation. Learn how clay and containers are used in art therapy to mold a safe space, provide a representation of the self, and build distance from an experience in order to process effectively.

Come just as you are. This is a soft, supported place to land—a sonic experience designed to soothe the nervous system, invite deep rest, and open space for quiet introspection or gentle healing.

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and check-in. Josephine will offer a few grounding tools—like breathwork and a simple body scan—to help ease us into the moment. From there, we’ll move into the soundscape as she plays gong, drum, and other instruments to guide you inward.

Bring anything that helps you feel more comfortable: pillows, a blanket, an eye cover, or whatever helps you settle.
