We offer a range of classes open to all levels and bodies. Our intimate class sizes allow for personalized support and guidance.
Our guiding intention is to make you feel seen, safe, and tended to.
Rather than defining classes by specific styles, we prioritize what feels good. We’re inspired by many forms of movement and various practices…we flow, go slow, and everything in-between.
If you have a practice, lovely. If you've had one, but lost it somewhere along the way, great. If you’ve never stretched a day in your life…perfect.

All classes are open-level, accommodating of injuries, and offer prenatal / postpartum modifications (if needed). Classes are kept at a comfortable temperature and non-heated.
A fluid practice that blends feel-good sequencing with breath-led movement, offering moments of challenge and ease. Each class will vary slightly, shaped by the day, the mood, and the teacher’s unique style.
FLOW
Feel your way through longer holds, balancing, and deeper stretches in this slowed down vinyasa practice. Work into a gentle, focused flow and end in grounding rest.

Yin + Restorative
Surrender body and mind with long passive holds across a series of gentle yin poses. Leave feeling nourished and well-rested.

Functional Flow
A practice focused on releasing core areas of tension, improving range of motion, and enhancing body awareness through intuitive movements.
MOTION + MOBILITY
Myofascial + Yin
A blend of myofascial release and yin-inspired holds, this class invites you to tenderly explore areas of tension and stickiness in the body. Using small therapy balls and sustained stretches, you’ll work to release fascial restrictions, improve mobility, and deepen your connection with your body.
DEEP RELEASE
Mat Strength
Full-body mat workout that combines resistance bands, body-weight strength, and interval work for an intense (but invigorating) experience.
SWEAT + SCULPT
Mat Tone
Barre-inspired mat class built around low-impact movement that promotes strength and stability, as well as flexibility. Expect a booty burn.
SLOW BURN
Mat Pilates
A dynamic and mindful mat Pilates practice that combines both classical and contemporary techniques. <ove through flowing sequences that strengthen, lengthen, and stabilize the body. Alignment, precision, release, and play come together to deepen your connection to body and self.
