Our Classes
We prioritize what feels good. We’re inspired by many forms of movement and various practices. Our yoga classes draw from a range of approaches, shaped by each teacher's style and training. Some build energy and momentum, others slow down and ground the body. All are guided with care and attention to how the room moves together.
All classes are open-level, accommodating of injuries, and offer prenatal / postpartum modifications (if needed). Classes are non-heated and kept at a comfortable temperature.
Flow
A fluid, breath-led practice that moves through feel-good sequencing. There are moments of challenge and moments of ease, and the way it unfolds depends on the teacher, the room, and the day.
Slow Flow
A steadier practice with a deliberate pace and intentional sequencing. You'll stay in poses and breathwork longer, with more time to notice, feel, and build strength and awareness in each shape. Grounding and present.
Motion + Mobility
A functional approach to yoga and movement focused on how your body works day to day. You'll release tension, explore joint range, and build ease and awareness through movement and breath.
Restore
Yin and restorative yoga. Postures are held for longer, with support where needed, to work into deeper layers of tissue and areas that don't shift with faster movement. An invitation to ease tension and give yourself time and space to rest. Lots of props. Very cozy.
Release
Myofascial release combined with longer-held stretches to target areas of tension. Therapy balls and sustained movement help reduce tightness and restore mobility.
Sweat + Sculpt
A full-body mat workout combining strength, cardio, and resistance training. It builds endurance and confidence, and supports whatever other ways you move.
Matwork
Mat Pilates blending classical and contemporary methods. Focused on control and alignment, exercises build on each other to develop stability and strength. The guidance is clear and specific so the work lands exactly where it should.
Sound
An immersion in sound and stillness. Gongs, quartz crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, and drums are played to support deep rest and a sense of harmony across body and mind.
