Open Form is a neighborhood yoga and wellbeing studio in East Austin that fully embraces the various nooks of the human experience. Our intimate classes provide a safe environment for you to explore the uncharted, foster genuine connections, and uncover what truly inspires you.

We are yoga-centered, but take a holistic approach, offering various movement and mindfulness practices, community gatherings, and feel-good educational series to help you explore what resonates in your own body, heart, mind.

Well-being, your way.
