MINDSET

We believe that because every day is different, a one-size-fits-all approach to well-being doesn’t work. So we’re here for Kendrick Lamar and pools of sweat on a Monday morning, but we’re also ready for deep stretching and a good cry on Thursday night.

Come as you are, and leave as you’d like—maybe lighter, stronger, calmer, happier, humbler, or just as you showed up.

  • Our philosophy is rooted in curiosity—for us, wellness is so much more than exercise and meditation and so much bigger than discipline and self-improvement—it is entirely inclusive and always evolving. Wellness includes anything that gets you into a space of joy, vulnerability, curiosity, play, empathy, or confidence.

In the Open Form space, we’re guided by a few tenets that we believe encapsulate the wellbeing possibilities and experience:

    MOVEMENT · MINDFULNESS · CONNECTION · GROWTH

“Being well” takes a different shape for everyone, but within these four containers, there’s probably something for you.

  • Yoga is an indelible source of strength, energy, and overall health, but the movement can only be as good as what it makes you feel. Every class we offer is entirely tailored to the order of the day, whatever that may be. Playlists, poses, language, and mood…everything is intentional.

More than anything, we hope to spark your curiosity. Growth is non-linear and multi-directional, so we offer a broad range of workshops, classes, talks, and ideas.

Until you try something, you won’t know whether it inspires or moves you, and we happily encourage self-reflection and exploration.

As we see it, people are a little like wildflowers: there are a million different kinds of us, each peculiar and perfect in our own ways, but we don't all require the same care or thrive in the same conditions.

Find what you need—whatever that is—and grow wild.

  • Curiosity
You don’t know what you don’t know. Dig in and discover what lights you up.

    Open-Mindedness
There’s no limit to the ways you can experience the world. Embrace the vastness.

    Acceptance
Kindness, empathy, and love, for yourself and others. Especially on the hard days.

    Release
Every moment comes with a lesson. Take what you need, and leave the rest.

    Connection
Your presence matters: give it generously to yourself, and thoughtfully to others.

    Awareness
Humility over ego, always. Give your power to mindfulness and reflection over projection.

    Growth
Experience equals opportunity. There’s always room to learn more about yourself.
