Welcome! Our space is all about no pressure and discovering what feels good for you. Our teachers create experiences for all experience levels and can modify poses to ensure you feel comfortable/safe/supported. You're welcome in any class! For a full class list, see here.

There are a quite a few spots in the lot, but there is plenty of free street parking.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. If it’s hot — stay in your car to keep cool!

For new friends, please arrive ~10 minutes early to settle in.

We have hand towels, props, and mats available for complimentary use. If you intend to use one of our mats, we kindly ask that you bring along a mat towel if it's available to you.

For restorative classes, feel free to bring an eye mask or blanket for your comfort.

Wear anything you feel comfortable moving in. No shoes/socks in class.

The Space: Our space is cozy. While we don’t have shower facilities, we do have a restroom available with lush products to help you freshen up after class.

The Perks: Help yourself to any snacks or drinks in our cooler (they’re complimentary).

Life can be full of surprises, and let's be honest, some days your plans change. Here's how our cancellation policy works —

Grace Period: You have a comfy 4 hours before the class starts, to cancel without any fees or losing your credit. All early cancelled class credits will be returned to your account for future use.

No-Show or Late Cancels: If you no-show or cancel within 4 hours of the class, the missed class will be deducted from your account. 

Workshop/Special Event Refunds: We're thrilled to offer workshops and special events facilitated by talented individuals from our community. Once you've booked a spot for a workshop or special event, it is non-refundable.

Purchase Policy: All purchased classes and packages are final sale. If you cancel your class more than 4 hours before it begins, your credit will be issued back to your Open Form account.
