RETREATS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Things to know before booking! These terms help keep our small independent business protected as we pour our heart (and non-recoverable payments in advance) into these experiences. By making your deposit, this indicates that you have agreed to these T&Cs. Thank you for being with us and for understanding. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Your reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit of $500 through the sign up link. (Yay!) This deposit is non-refundable, but transferrable to another OPEN FORM retreat in special circumstances.

We will send you another link for the remainder of the payment. This will be due 4 weeks (for domestic retreats) or 6 weeks (for non-domestic retreats) before the retreat begins. We will send out an email as a reminder, but it might be helpful to also please put it on your calendar too. Please make sure it is paid to keep your spot!

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat date may receive a full refund of the balance paid. For cancellations within 60 days of the retreat, we're unable to offer refunds.

Of course no one intends on needing to cancel a trip. And of course, things happen. We highly recommend getting travel insurance to protect your investment that covers cancellations of any kind.

It is our hope that all guests come with kind and open mind – to meeting new people, to spending time with yourself, to us as we pour ourselves into hosting this experience.
We would love for it to be a semi-unplugged opportunity for you to take a pause from the digital world as we’re immersed in landscapes of natural beauty and time to enjoy yourself.
If sharing a room with others, please keep in mind use of talking on the phone in the room and of course cleanliness to ensure a peaceful, restful environment for everyone.
We aren’t in this for perfection – please see any unexpected happenings as opportunities for learning and new perspectives.

OPEN FORM reserves the right: to hold guests accountable for damages to the accommodation or belongings; to ask a guest to leave with no refunds given if behavior is unkind or unsafe; to change program or teachers at any time.

We're unfortunately unable to make exceptions regardless of circumstance, including illness, injury, weather, personal emergencies, no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
