There are a few spots in the lot, but there is plenty of free street parking.

Doors open 15 minutes before class begins.

If it’s your first-time, please arrive ~10 minutes early to settle in.

Water and a towel. 

All props and mats are provided. If you'd rather bring your own mat, no problem — you can swap it out when you arrive.

Life can be full of surprises, and let's be honest, some days your plans change. Here's how our cancellation policy works: 

Grace Period: You have a comfy window of 4 hours before the class starts, to cancel without any charges or losing a credit.

No-Show or Late Cancels: If you no-show or cancel within 4 hours of the class, the missed class will be deducted from your account. 

Workshop/Special Event Refunds: We're thrilled to offer workshops and special events facilitated by talented individuals from our community. Once you've booked a spot for a workshop or special event, it is non-refundable.

In addition to our own offerings, we created this space with the hopes of holding space for those planning private gatherings. The studio is open for private rentals & gatherings from Thursday to Sunday. For more information, send us an email.
