Dominguear in Puerto Escondido is the art of Sundaying — moving slowly on purpose, keeping plans loose, good food, happy company, choosing sun and sea over urgency. It’s leisurely mornings, lots of moseying in nature, and beach picnics at golden hour. A reset, simple and unhurried, where the only thing to do is enjoy.
How We Take Care of You
From the moment you arrive, everything is thoughtfully arranged so you can fully unwind and receive.
4 night stay at the stunning Casa Ohana. A property and beach away from the bustle of Puerto’s La Punta.
2–3 practices each day (yoga, yin, breathwork, sound)
Nourishing meals — brunch, dinner, morning/afternoon snacks, fresh fruit, cold coconuts, coffee, tea
One group reiki session
One massage (more can be arranged at additional cost, or opt out for another 1:1 experience)
Beach adventures (we don’t want to ruin the surprise, so we will leave it at that)
Time for connection, exploration, and meaningful moments

Puerto Escondido is what a friend of mine calls an ‘Eternal Summer’…a spirit that refuses to be rushed.

No two sunsets are the same. Your skin stays salty from the sea. It offers rest, but also wildness. The freedom to do nothing, and the invitation to just be with. Puerto has a way of returning you to yourself.
This is an all-women retreat. To honor the reflective and restorative spirit of the experience, we kindly encourage all guests (whether traveling solo or with a companion) to embrace moments of personal stillness and solitude. Duo rates are available for two guests sharing a room and are priced per person.

Notes on Shared Rooms:
Solo Rate = You’re traveling solo (you will not share a bed with another person, but you will share a room with 1-2 more people) or You’re traveling with a friend but want your own bed. Duo Rate = You’re traveling with a friend and you opt to share a bed. *There are only 3 duo spots available

Excluded: travel to and from Casa Ohana, travel insurance, optional massages or healing services to be booked at the retreat, any food or shopping outside of planned occasions.

The closest airport is Puerto Escondido International Airport (there are direct flights from Dallas or Houston!), which is what we highly recommend. You could also fly into Oaxaca International Airport (a 2.5 hour drive from Casa Ohana) but we don’t recommend unless you want a full roadtrip through Oaxaca.
We are happy to connect the group prior to the retreat so that sharing transportation could be organized, and share other tips as we get closer.
